- ¾ cup Whole milk
- 1- 1.5 Tbsp Maple syrup
- Pinch Real salt
- ½ tsp Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 6-8 cubes Ice
- 1½ cups Cold brew coffee
Measure out the milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cocoa powder, and real salt. Add to the mason jar and blend with immersion blender until well mixed and frothy.
Top with ice until the jar is about 3/4 full.
Pour cold brew coffee over the top.
Mix well with straw and enjoy!
You can also substitute with a dairy alternative. I recommend oat milk or cashew milk.
I also like adding in a scoop of collagen peptides to the milk base before blending. This adds a boost of protein and helps with blood sugar balance!
