Salted Maple and Vanilla Latte Recipe

- 4 Tbsp Ground Coffee
- 2 Cups Boiling water
- 2 Cups Whole milk
- 3-6 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- ½ tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp Sea salt
- Whipped cream for topping
Boil water. Grind coffee beans and add to French press. Pour water over coffee grounds and let brew for up to 15 minutes.
In a small saucepan, add milk and maple syrup. Grate in nutmeg. Heat on medium-low until milk is warm but not boiling.
Remove milk from heat. Measure in vanilla extract and sea salt.
Using an immersion blender, blend the milk mixture until all ingredients are combined and milk is frothy.
Divide the coffee between two large mugs. Carefully pour milk evenly into the mugs.
Top with whipped cream, drizzle of maple syrup, pinch of ground nutmeg, and a sprinkle of sea salt.
